As I listened, in my own voice I started hearing over and over the name Raphael. Then it dawned on me the Archangel. Just at the end of the meditation as my timer went off I was starting to see a beautiful blue and red coming together, but as the timer went off, I stopped. Was that the angel or my imagination? I haven't tried the visualization yet but I intend to. I wanted to look up what I could find on Raphael, but I think this is great. I just came across your website after doing a 20 minute meditation. I do this healing meditation on a regular basis and have only once had a strong experience, but each time i go back with faith that i may experience it yet again. I havnt seen his image only his shadow in a short distance in front of me and the people that stood each side of him were my beloved that i have lost over the yrs, Very emotional experience. I continute to thank him for his guidence in my life. I look forward to exploring this site more deeply.
